Birthday Parties
Because who wouldn’t want to gather around the table with their friends, eat delicious food, and learn a new skill to celebrate their birthday?
A birthday is well celebrated with a charcuterie class!
“Kelly came to our house to give a class for a 12 year old birthday party. The girls had the best time learning about meats and cheeses and putting together the cutest boards. Kelly was incredibly thoughtful and aware of allergy issues in the group and made special arrangements to accommodate. We would highly recommend using her for your next party!”

FAQs about charcuterie
birthday parties:
What all do I need to provide for the birthday party?
The class location (home, office, conference room, venue) and whatever drinks you want to serve your guests. I will provide all the rest: charcuterie box, napkins, paring knife, charcuterie foods, and cutting board.
How long are the charcuterie classes and group sizes?
Depends on class size, but typically an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Group size is a minimum of 10 up to 45 class participants.
Why should I choose a charcuterie class for my birthday?!
Birthday charcuterie classes are so much fun! They are super interactive, entertaining, and plus--you get to learn a new skill! Perfect for trying new charcuterie foods you typically wouldn’t buy for yourself (manchego cheese anyone?). I’ve had so many past class participants send me their charcuterie board creations since taking a class!
What skills will I learn in a birthday charcuterie class?
You will learn how to fold salami decoratively and even how to make a salami rose! We will also learn how to arrange and cut a variety of cheeses decoratively as well as cutting a kiwi decoratively. By the end of the class everyone will have made their own charcuterie box ready to enjoy! People are always amazed at how they can create something that is equally tasty as beautiful!
Are there any other activities besides charcuterie assembling?
At the beginning of class there will have a door prize with a fun guessing game. As well as a variety cheese samples at the end of the class. These cheeses are typically goat cheese logs as well as a fan favorite, Boursin cheese!
Why do I love teaching charcuterie classes for birthday parties?
I love bringing people together to do something out of their routine. There is something special when you are with those you know well and doing a fun activity that is a new skill to most people! People are amazed at their charcuterie creations after the class! So impressed they were able to create something that seemed to be too fancy or too intricate. I also enjoy introducing people to new cheeses and meats that they would of never tried, but now love! Having the skills to create their own charcuterie boards in the future is one of the best parts as I enjoy getting past client’s photos of their charcuterie boards they have made! I am so grateful for the countless birthday parties I have taught!
